    We strive to provide high-quality and effective solutions for our clients to meet their business goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Agreement<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    By accessing and using the services provided by Aimbric Consultancy, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, including any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific services or features provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Payment and Fees<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    All payments for services rendered must be made as outlined in the individual contracts or invoices. Payment terms, rates, and deadlines are agreed upon in writing and are the responsibility of the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Payments are due within 30 days of receiving an invoice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Late payments will incur a fee of SEK 450 per day (charged after the 30-day due date), in addition to interest calculated at a rate of 8% per year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Payments can be made through Bank transfer or invoice payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      5. Confidentiality<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Aimbric Consultancy respects the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. We will not disclose any confidential or proprietary information shared with us during the course of providing our services, unless required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      While Aimbric Consultancy strives to deliver quality services, we do not guarantee results or outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of the use of our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service or project in question.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        7. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        Any work product, reports, or materials created during the course of our engagement remain the intellectual property of Aimbric AB unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        8. Termination<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Breach of these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Failure to meet agreed payment terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Mutual agreement to end the business relationship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          In the event of termination, the client is required to pay for all services rendered up until the termination date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          9. Governing Law<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Stockholm, Sweden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          10. Amendments<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          Aimbric AB reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
